You’ll join our Global Talent Team, reporting to the Global Director of Talent Acquisition and collaborating closely with the People Team. Here’s What You’ll Do at Smartly… Support candidates through each stage of the interview process and ensure a positive journey. Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling logistics, and keep processes on track. Learn and use our ATS (Greenhouse) for postings, interview setup, and clean data management. Contribute to ad hoc Talent and People projects. Here’s What We’re Looking For… Education: Recently completed (or about to complete) your degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Interest in Talent Acquisition: Curious about recruiting and motivated to learn. Hands-on exposure: Any internship, summer job, or project experience related to HR, recruiting, or coordination. Communication skills: Strong written and spoken English; comfortable engaging with candidates and colleagues. Detail-oriented & proactive: Able to juggle tasks, stay organized, and handle confidential information responsibly. Team player with initiative: Thrive independently and in a team setting. Note: If you already have several years of full-time HR/Talent experience, this program isn’t the right fit.
