Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on Smartsheet implementation and administration experience. Demonstrated experience designing enterprise Smartsheet solutions. Experience with: Dashboards Reports Forms Automation workflows Cross-sheet references Resource Management Workspace administration Experience performing system assessments and solution reviews. Strong documentation and business analysis skills. Ability to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Smartsheet Certified Consultant. Smartsheet System Administrator Certification. Experience supporting government agencies or public sector organizations. Experience with disaster recovery, grant management, capital projects, infrastructure programs, or PMO environments. Experience transitioning systems from third-party vendors to client ownership.
