We’re hiring an SMB Account Executive to own the full post-source sales cycle for small and mid-sized healthcare operators (franchisees + independents). You’ll work closely with our Head of Growth and Founding AE to refine and scale our SMB sales motion — turning curiosity into conviction and pilots into long-term partnerships. This is a high-ownership role in a fast-scaling, AI-native company. What You’ll Do Own the Full Sales Cycle Run discovery through close for franchise and SMB post-acute healthcare operators Qualify owners, operators, and regional leaders Forecast accurately and close consistently Manage pipeline with discipline and urgency Run High-Impact Discovery Diagnose operational pain across scheduling, recruiting, compliance, retention, and intake Clearly articulate Arya’s value proposition in practical, non-technical terms Navigate buying dynamics across decentralized healthcare organizations Scale What Works Partner closely with Customer Success and Deployment for strong handoffs Maintain clean, accurate CRM hygiene Continuously improve messaging and process Represent Arya at industry events and operator meetups What Makes You a Great Fit 3+ years in SaaS or tech-enabled sales Experience selling to SMBs, franchises, or decentralized operators Comfortable engaging frontline operators (Schedulers, Directors of Ops, Branch Leaders) Operationally minded — you enjoy diagnosing workflows Clear communicator who can simplify AI concepts Highly organized — able to manage dozens of active deals while nurturing closed-won relationships Curious about AI and automation What Early Success Looks Like By Day 30 You’re running discovery and demos independently and managing a healthy pipeline. By Day 60 You’re closing deals consistently and refining our SMB sales motion. By Day 90 You’re influencing process improvements and driving measurable revenue growth.
