Responsibilities

The Small Medium Business Account Manager (Abu Dhabi) is responsible of managing a portfolio of SMB accounts located in Abu Dhabi, comprising both independents and multi-site brands. The SMB Account Manager will maintain and grow relationships with these partners, will lead the delivery agenda with the partners to ensure they are operating with brilliant basics and execute on joint initiatives that drive sustainable growth for both Deliveroo and the partners. The SMB Account Manager must able to resolve all day to day issues and problem solve independently, seeking advice for more complex problems, Proactively identify focus areas, growth levers and inefficiencies in its portfolio to drive scalable actions and implement solutions against multiple Partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with Small and Medium Abu Dhabi Restaurant Accounts
  • Be on the ground, organizing proactively face to face meetings with the Partners in the portfolio
  • Cross sell and upsell Deliveroo key services
  • Lead actions to improve performances of Partners, supported by the broader team
  • Directly manage Partners in a case-by-case basis to unlock critical value improvement
  • Independently and proactively diagnose, resolve, and report on key performance KPIs of the assigned account portfolio
