The role will focus on building, managing, and nurturing relationships with small to medium-sized restaurant and café partners, ensuring a positive and productive collaboration with Foody. You will be responsible for maximizing revenue, growing accounts, and delivering top-notch customer service to help our partners succeed. What you will do : Manage a portfolio of stores, maintaining regular communication and ensuring strong, positive relationships. Work closely with partners to analyze performance metrics and identify growth opportunities, providing data-driven insights and recommendations. Identify potential for upselling Foody’s services, features, and promotional opportunities, aiming to maximize partners' revenue and increase their satisfaction. Act as the primary point of contact for partner issues, proactively addressing concerns and coordinating with internal teams to resolve any challenges. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to offer valuable insights and support partners in a dynamic environment. Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, account status, and sales pipeline, providing regular reports to management. Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 1-3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach. Organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities. Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Fluency in English & Greek A proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for the food industry and a drive to exceed targets. Experience in using sales tools such as CRM software and/or telephone systems would be a plus. Additional Information If you are happy, we are happy!
