The SMB Representative will support by following up on leads, preparing quotations, and keeping all trackers updated. The role includes providing basic market and competitor insights. Skills Required: Good communication — able to follow up with customers and present updates clearly. Basic Excel skills — ability to make simple dashboards, charts, and trackers. Attention to detail — accurate in preparing quotes and maintaining logs. Basic market awareness — able to track competitor prices and compare products. Quick learner — able to adapt to tools like CRM, Partner Hub, or reporting sheets. Key Responsibility: CategoryOffice Tasks Lead Management- Follow up on marketing-generated leads - Maintain lead tracker - Present lead summaries Quoting & Compliance- Prepare quotations for partners/customers - Maintain quote logs - Ensure quotes follow company policies Reporting & Analytics- Prepare weekly SMB performance dashboards - Create partner performance rankings and trend reports - Prepare monthly competitor analysis and price trend charts Market Research- Track competitor pricing - Build product comparison sheets - Monitor competitor promotions
