We’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader with a strong background in coaching, change management, and leading cross-border teams. This person will oversee a team of 20 sales professionals, including 3 Team Leads based in Finland, Estonia, and Latvia. The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader who can inspire performance, drive transformation, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration across diverse markets.
The Inside Sales / SMB sales function is responsible for selling the Company’s products and services to new and existing clients by developing or expanding business significantly within small, micro and medium segments and will have a major impact on the Company’s long-term success. The team will be responsible for maintaining and growing the revenue stream through renewal management, cross-sell, up-sell, win-back and new customer acquisition as required. This role is responsible to build, inspire and lead a sales team within the Inside Sales / SMB sales channel.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum five (5) years in a senior Inside Sales, remote sales, digital sales or solutions sales role, with at least 2 years in supervisory or leadership role.
  • Industry experience preferred in consulting, technology verticals and SMB segment knowledge
  • Strong leadership, coaching and strategic planning skills
  • Highly articulate with excellent cross cultural business communication skills (verbal and written) and interaction skills suitable for a global corporate environment
  • Possesses excellent industry-leading sales methodology, CRM software (e.g., SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite skills
  • Show an ownership mindset in everything you do. Be a problem solver, be curious and be
  • inspired to take action. Be proactive, seek ways to collaborate and connect with people and teams in support of driving success.
  • Continuous growth mindset, keep learning through social experiences and relationships with stakeholders, experts, colleagues and mentors as well as widen and broaden your competencies through structural courses and programs.
