Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze complex financial statements and credit data to assess the risk profile of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
• Develop and implement robust credit policies and procedures tailored to the SME lending landscape, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
• Manage a portfolio of SME credit facilities, proactively monitoring performance and identifying potential early warning signs of distress.
• Structure innovative and competitive credit solutions for SMEs, balancing risk appetite with business growth objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; an MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or portfolio management, with a significant focus on SME lending.
• Exhibit a deep understanding of financial statement analysis, cash flow modeling, and risk assessment methodologies specific to SMEs.
• Proficiency in using credit scoring models, financial software, and loan origination systems is essential for effective workflow management.
