We are currently looking for a SME Credit Risk Analyst ready to join our adventure and share our ambition.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • B.S. or Master’s Degree in finance, banking, statistics or related
  • At least 5 years of experience in credit risk area of SME clients
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, ability to analyze them and draw conclusions
  • Good Knowledge of SME credit risk processes
  • Good Knowledge of collaterals with emphasis on Polish regulatory requirements
  • Experience in banking sector (especially Poland)
  • Understanding of credit bureaus and the type of data provided by them
  • Good knowledge of SQL will be a significant advantage
  • Analytical skills
  • Ability to efficiently communicate in both: Polish and English languages

Responsibilities
  • Analysing small and medium size business clients in granting and monitoring processes
  • Developing and managing SME credit risk processes and flows (Overdraft / Revolving / Investment Loans)
  • Preparing SME credit risk policies for credit products
  • Preparing analysis of financial standing, financial ratios and payment capacity
  • Recommending credit structures, decisions and covenants
  • Monitoring of business Clients based on defined level of risk appetite
  • Testing of developed processes
  • Assisting and working together with sales, business, legal and collection teams for introduction and management of credit products
