JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Banking Executive to join our team. The role primarily focuses on on-field B2B marketing, targeting new and existing businesses for opening business accounts, promoting business loans, and mortgage loan products. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers through regular field visits.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in field sales, B2B marketing, or business banking (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of business banking products including loans, current accounts, and mortgages.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
• Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and business visits.
