Job Posting Location Bangkok Job Summary We are looking for a Product Specialist to design and develop end-to-end SME lending products within a supply chain ecosystem. This role works closely with Corporate Anchors, Risk, Technology, Data, and Compliance teams to create sustainable, scalable, and competitive commercial loan products. You will lead product design, risk integration, stakeholder coordination, and performance optimization to deliver high-quality lending solutions that truly meet SME needs. Job Description 1.Loan Product Design Lead the design of commercial lending products such as Invoice Financing, Purchase Order Financing, and Working Capital Loans. Define key product parameters including credit limits, pricing, tenor, and fee structures, based on SME risk profiles and trade data. Develop Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) for new product concepts and market testing. 2. Risk Integration & Data Utilization Collaborate with Risk teams to design Credit Scoring Models using alternative data (e.g., order & payment history from Corporate Anchors). Create mechanisms to reduce credit risk, such as Assignment of Proceeds and trade-linked repayment flows. Ensure all product features comply with applicable regulatory, legal, and governance requirements. 3. Stakeholder Management Work closely with Corporate Anchors to understand trade flows, data exchange requirements, and SME financing needs. Coordinate across Risk, Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Data teams to align product requirements and processes. 4. Product Backlog & Delivery Build and prioritize the Product Backlog related to lending product development (e.g., credit limit modules, pricing engines, approval workflows). Translate complex credit policies into clear User Stories and functional requirements for the technology team. 5. SME Feature Development & Product Innovation Conduct SME interviews, surveys, and internal data analysis to identify unmet needs. Prepare Business Cases and Product Concept Documents at least quarterly. 6. Performance Metrics & Continuous Improvement Define and track key product KPIs such as Approval Rate, Time-to-Disbursement, and Default Rate. Review performance trends to optimize credit parameters, pricing, and operational processes. Implement continuous improvements to enhance product efficiency and customer satisfaction. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in SME lending, supply chain finance, product development, or risk/credit is highly preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret trade data and credit-related information. Excellent coordination and communication skills across multiple stakeholders. Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications.
