We are currently seeking a passionate and detail-oriented SME Specialist to join our supportive Assets and Materials Management team. We welcome applications from candidates with diverse experience levels, including those returning to the workforce or looking to transition from related industries.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in machinery hire, construction, contract management or heavy equipment sector is an advantage - but not essential
  • A trade qualification (mechanical or electrical) is welcomed, but we also value hands-on experience and transferable skills
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a willingness to work in partnership with others while building long term positive relationships.
Responsibilities
  • Carrying out pre-mobilisation inspections to ensure our machinery meets safety and compliance standards
  • Managing internal equipment requests and documentation with strong attention to detail
  • Coordinating logistics and working closely with vendors to ensure seamless equipment delivery
  • Building collaborative relationships with equipment suppliers and site teams
  • Contributing your voice and technical insights to help maintain quality and safety across operations
