We are looking for a motivated and talented individual to provide administrative support to the Subject Matter Expert (SME) & Super User Programme. The programme aims to build a strong network of Subject Matter Experts and Super Users through the Epic implementation period. As the SME & Super User Programme Coordinator you will play a key role in organising and coordinating our Subject Matter Experts and Super Users across the One Devon EPR Programme.
You will work closely with the SME & Super User Programme Lead to support the delivery of the programme. The programme works closely with our training, communications and change benefits teams to support programme delivery. You will also be a part of the wider EPR Programme team that has rapidly expanded as the programme develops towards implementation.
This role will support the SME & Super User Programme Manager with the coordination of SME’s, Super Users (SU) and visiting site support rotas and all aspects of administration to deliver the specified outcomes of the programme plan.
The post holder will facilitate the SU pathway by coordinating and monitoring the programme’s engagement activities, ensuring that all SU’s are communicated with effectively throughout the programme. This will require close and effective liaison with colleagues across the three Trusts, our Epic colleagues and individuals from our wider NHS community. Excellent organisational communication skills together with high levels of accuracy are therefore a key requirement for this post.
This will support and coordinate the SME & SU specific meetings, ensuring that all the relevant people, information and notes are available.
The ideal candidate must have a flexible approach to meet the needs of the programme.
Why Work With Us
TSD and University Hospitals Plymouth (‘UHP’) have procured an integrated Electronic Patient Record (‘EPR’) solution. The EPR will enable the biggest and most important transformational change in the Trust’s health services across Devon in years. The EPR Programme is an exciting programme that will transform existing ways of working across the three Trusts. This clinically and operationally led transformation programme is a once in a generation programme that will benefit patients and carers across Devon.
To enable the successful delivery of the programme, you will be required to work extensively across the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, University Hospital Plymouth and Royal Devon University Hospital footprint.
This is a One Devon EPR Programme central role. Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust (‘TSD’) is advertising this central role on behalf of the One Devon EPR Programme.
