SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Systems Administrator to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience.
  • An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI.
  • DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 451 Certs: SecurityX / CASP+ or CCNP Security or CCSP or FITSP-O or GFACT or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
  • Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Proven administrative support experience, assisting contractor management with various tasks and projects.
  • Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.

Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive systems administration duties to support theater-wide program end-users, including equipment configuration, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, and service restoration.
  • Oversee network monitoring and O&M to sustain network readiness.
  • May support project planning by contributing to network modeling, analysis, planning, and coordination.
  • Manage and mentor subordinate personnel.
