Description
We are seeking a strategic, hands-on, and results-oriented Social Media & Campaign Expert to lead Alma’s global organic and paid digital marketing efforts. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing high-impact strategies that grow Alma’s online presence, engage professional and consumer audiences, and drive lead generation and business growth. You will manage Alma’s core social channels and digital campaigns, while also providing governance and support to subsidiaries and global partners to ensure brand consistency and performance optimization across markets. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Execution Own and evolve Alma’s global social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns supporting product launches, brand initiatives, and lead generation. Manage social content creation, calendars, community engagement, and influencer collaborations. Ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment across all social touchpoints. Campaign Management & Paid Media: Lead paid media strategy and execution across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Optimize campaign performance through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and budget allocation. Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging. Global Governance & Enablement: Provide strategic guidance, toolkits, and best practices to Alma’s subsidiaries and partners. Ensure alignment with global brand standards and campaign objectives. Support local teams with training, performance reviews, and optimization recommendations. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define KPIs and track performance across organic and paid channels. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to generate actionable insights. Deliver regular reports with visualized data, insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to integrate social and campaign efforts into broader marketing initiatives. Align with content, product, clinical, and sales teams to ensure messaging relevance and strategic impact. Manage external vendors and agencies, including briefing, coordination, and performance evaluation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media and performance marketing, preferably in aesthetics, medical devices, wellness, or beauty industries. Proficiency in digital marketing platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, YouTube Studio. Strong command of analytics tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics etc. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., HubSpot, SEMrush etc.). Excellent project management and organizational skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities in cross-functional, international environments. Proven experience in vendor and agency management. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach. Data-driven and detail-oriented. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and audience engagement. Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
