The ideal candidate will be passionate and with hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, content creation, and executing marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness and customer engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media for hospitality brands
  • Strong creative skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling and brand aesthetics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English OR Russian language is required
  • Photo and video editing skills are a plus
  • Experience in influencer collaboration and content partnerships is an advantage

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and captions aligned with the brand tone
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools; provide regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate with internal marketing, design, and operations teams to align social media campaigns with broader brand and business goals
  • Plan and maintain monthly content calendars, ensuring a consistent posting schedule across all channels
  • Stay informed on current social media trends, tools, platform updates, and competitor activity, particularly within the hospitality and F&B industry
  • Brainstorm and implement creative campaigns to promote new menu launches, seasonal events, and guest experiences
  • Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators for professional shoots.
  • Support influencer and brand collaboration initiatives, including outreach, coordination, and post-campaign reporting
  • Monitor guest feedback and sentiment across platforms, escalating relevant issues and insights to management
  • Ensure all content complies with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent visual and editorial identity
  • Manage paid social advertising campaigns in collaboration to boost reach and engagement
