• Maintain store cleanliness and organization through effective merchandising and stocking of products.
• Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers.
• Support sales initiatives by upselling products and promoting special offers.
• Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
