Who is New England Seafood International?
New England Seafood International (NESI) was established in 1991 and is an importer and processor of premium fresh and frozen sustainable fish and seafood. The preparation and delivery of materials in the Smoking area to service the factory primary and retail operations. Ensuring accurate accounting of materials at specification to service the retail lines and food service. Maintaining effective communication both with external and internal departments. Planning of all smoking processes.
JOB PURPOSE:
Ensuring that all department tasks are performed efficiently, safely and to the set requirements.
Attendance at all T1 and planning meetings to communicate performance and raise departmental concerns.
Work closely with the hygiene team to have the correct available equipment.
Work Closely with primary lines to ensure plans are achieved.
Work closely with retail to ensure products are delivered in time of plan.
