Job Summary Zalaegerszegi telephelyünk csapatába keresünk munkatársat az alábbi munkakörbe: SMT Folyamatmérnök Leedő munkatársunk az Engineering Services Manager-nek jelent majd és felelős lesz az SMT gyártás technológiai folyamatainak kialakításában új termék bevezetése esetén, valamint a normál termelés során felmerülő problémák feltárásában, megoldásában. A legfontosabb feladatok a következők lesznek: A komplett SMT gyártás technológiai felügyelete Pasztanyomtató, SPI, reflow kemence programozása, felügyelete Új termék esetén megfelelő hőprofil készítése, dokumentálása Részvétel az új termékek - NPI – tervezésében, előkészítésében, kivitelezésében, dokumentálásában SMT folyamatok fejlesztése, hibaanalízis, gyökérok elemzése, preventív akciók kivitelezése Munkautasítások készítése, meglévők karbantartása, gépkezelők oktatása Kapcsolattartás a beszállítókkal Gépkarbantartások ellenőrzése, kapcsolattartás a karbantartással Szoros együttműködés a társosztályokkal A munkakör betöltéséhez szükséges ismeretek: Felsőfokú műszaki végzettség (előny a villamosmérnöki, mechatronikai mérnöki vagy gépészmérnöki végzettség) SMT gyártásban szerzett 1-3 év szakmai tapasztalat 2D tervezőprogram (CAD) ismerete Angol nyelvtudás (elsősorban írásban) és folyékony magyar nyelvtudás Kreativitás és kezdeményezőkészség Önálló és felelősségteljes munkavégzés képessége Előnyként értékeljük: IPC-A610 (Elektronikai szerelvények elfogadhatósága) szabvány ismerete DFM (Design for Manufacturing) tapasztalat Amiért érdemes nálunk dolgozni: Alapfizetésen felüli juttatások: Cafeteria, bónusz Stabil, dinamikusan fejlődő multinacionális vállalati háttér Egyedülálló, jövőbe mutató gyártástechnológiák, professzionális munkakörnyezet Változatos és kihívást jelentő feladatok által biztosított folyamatos szakmai előrelépési lehetőség AS108 Job Category Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities. Responsibilities

The SMT Process Engineer will be responsible for developing technological processes for SMT manufacturing during new product introductions and addressing issues that arise during normal production. Key tasks include overseeing the complete SMT manufacturing process, programming and monitoring equipment, and participating in new product planning and execution.
