Duties & Responsibilities

• To operate the Surface Mount Technology Machines, eg. Screen printers, pick-and-place, reflow ovens and AOI.
• Assist in machine setup, calibration and minor maintenance.
• Follow production schedules and meet daily output targets.
• Inspect assembled PCBs for solder quality and components alignment.
• Coordinate with the teams for quality related issued.
• Follow work instruction and standard operating procedures.
• Complete production logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure safety and efficiency.

Job Requirements

• GCE “0”, Nitec, possess certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
• Previous working experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical manual and assembly instructions in English.
• Positive working attitude and communication skills (Mandarin & English).
• Able to work independently and teamwork.
• Physically fit and willing to learn.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Air-conditioned environment.
• 5 days’ work week, Monday to Friday 0815 to 1745.
