Job Description

• Candidate should understand SMT terminology.
• This person should be knowledgeable of SMT component types and their package size.
• The operator should be experienced with the total SMT process from set-up, feeders, programming knowledge, stencil, solder paste, and reflow ovens. Skills are to include a comprehensive understanding of IPC, class II and III workmanship standards.
• Duties include operating, maintenance, and any associated task related to SMT or Through-hole technology.
• This person should be capable of running a job through the complete SMT process with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communications skills required. Must exhibit positive technical aptitude, and good work ethics.

Training is provided for those with a background in SMT Operations.
