JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve SMT process issues, improve yield, and enhance overall production performance
2. Provide AOI support to new product evaluation and qualifications, manufacturing cost reduction and process improvement
3. Conduct programming, setup and troubleshooting of SMT equipment (e.g Laser, SPI, AOI, AXI, Offline X-ray,etc)
4. SPC knowledge and ability in setting up process monitoring system
5. Able to use problem solving tools to effectively resolve process issues and engage a permanent process flow to sustain
6. Monitors in-process performance, quality and reliability of processes, materials, products, tooling and equipment; identifies problem or unfavorable deviations, recommends and executes corrective actions
7. Lead and train a team of technicians

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Preferably Diploma & Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. Must have at least 3 years similar working experience
3. Good English communication skills, Chinese language preferred
4. Able to work independently and being a team player
5. Knowledge in data collection, analyze the data and perform rot cause analysis (SPC & Minitab and etc.)
6. Prefer candidate with AOI engineering capability and knowledge
7. Experience with TRI SPI & AXI, JUTZE Laser & AOI is preferred
