We are seeking a skilled Subscriber Management Team (SMT) Administrator to support the Military Health System (MHS) Computer Network Defense (CND) operations onsite in Charleston, South Carolina. In this position, you’ll serve as the central point of contact for account management and cybersecurity support activities across Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), Defense Health Agency (DHA) programs, and other MHS stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for managing user access requests, conducting audits, and maintaining compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity and information assurance standards. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and motivated to contribute to mission-critical cybersecurity operations. What You’ll Do Serve as the main point of contact for MHS CND Tool account users. Process and track account access requests, including creation, modification, and removal. Validate and maintain user training and IA certification compliance. Perform SAAR (System Authorization Access Request) revalidations. Provide updates and reporting to leadership regarding account status and issues. Maintain accurate documentation of access requests and approvals. Identify and recommend workflow improvements to streamline processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage high-volume requests. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or five years of equivalent technical experience. Active DoD Secret security clearance or higher is required to start. 4+ years of administrative or IT experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat. Willingness to travel up to 20% globally, sometimes with only 72 hours’ notice. To Qualify for an SMT Team Member a DoD 8140.03 IAT Level II certification (Must have ONE of the following certs: CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, CND, SSCP). Must be valid/current. To Qualify for a SMT-CTG position a DoD 8570 IAM Level I certification required i.e. Certified Authorization Professional (CAP) (ISC2), CompTIA Security+ CE, GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND), or CompTIA Cloud+ CE. Preferred Qualifications Experience in cybersecurity, IT operations, or MSSP environments. Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar tools.
