SMT Technician

Are you passionate about electronics and enjoy working with high-tech equipment?We’re looking for SMT Techs to join our hardworking team at!
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Setting up and operating SMT machines (pick-and-place, reflow ovens, screen printers, etc.).
- Inspecting circuit boards and troubleshooting any issues.
- Performing routine maintenance to keep things running smoothly.
- Working with engineers and quality teams to improve processes.
- Following safety guidelines and ensuring top-quality production.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience with SMT equipment (or a strong willingness to learn!).
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to read technical drawings and assembly instructions.
- Knowledge of IPC standards (a plus, but not a dealbreaker).
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: From £30,000.00 per year
