Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To program, set & operate all equipment within a SMT environment including
  • Screen printers
  • Pick and Place machines

AREAS OF KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE WHICH MATTER MOST FOR THIS ROLE;

· Experience working in SMT departments
· IPC610, IPC7711/21 & J-standard 001J preferred qualification.
· Hands on experience of the day to day running of pick and place equipment and working in SMT departments.
· Must have an excellent knowledge of all practices and processes within the SMT production process
· Planned preventive of all machinery within SMT
· Solder and rework experience
· Innovative and imaginative mind set.
· Excellent problem-solving skills.
· Highly motivated.
· Excellent, team and people skills and must be able to lead by example.
· Adhering to Lean manufacturing practices and filling out daily metrics
