To be successful in the role you must have the following:

• Provide excellent customer service to ensure all customers have a great experience at the Hawkesbury Race Club
• Work at FOH and BOH ensure smooth service
• Food preparation
• Cooking and assembling orders
• General clean up and wash up
• Serving customers

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Preparing and cooking a range of grilled items to meet customer orders
• Ensuring all food items are prepared and presented to the highest standard
• Providing friendly and efficient customer service, taking orders and handling cash and payments when you are available.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
• Assisting with inventory management and restocking of supplies
• Collaborating with the team to deliver a seamless customer experience
