JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Snack Bar Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while preparing and serving a variety of snacks and beverages. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests, ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met.

SKILLS

• Previous experience in food preparation and food service is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food restaurant settings.
• Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards in the kitchen environment.

• Prepare and serve food and snack items.
• Operate POS systems for order processing and payment transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area, including regular bussing of tables.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
• Assist with restocking supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
