Description We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Snack Bar Attendant to join our team. The Snack Bar Attendant will be responsible for ensuring Member satisfaction by providing high-quality food and beverages while maintaining a clean and organized snack bar area. The ideal candidate should have a passion for customer service and a positive attitude towards teamwork. Responsibilities: Take food and beverage orders for Members and enter into the POS system Deliver orders to Members Ensure the snack bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked. Follow proper food handling and safety procedures. Maintain inventory levels and notify the supervisor when supplies need to be restocked. Perform cleaning tasks such as washing dishes, wiping counters, and sweeping/mopping the floor. Provide exceptional customer service by answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and resolving complaints promptly. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient snack bar operation. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Requirements Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and food safety regulations. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for extended periods of time. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
