Position Overview: The Snack Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the snack bar at our prestigious golf course and resort. This role ensures exceptional service, maintains high-quality food and beverage standards, and provides outstanding guest experience in line with our luxury brand. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the snack bar, ensuring efficiency and high service standards. * Greet and interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly. * Lead, train, and motivate the snack bar team to provide exceptional guest service. * Assist in scheduling staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. * Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching and feedback to team members. * Ensure staff adhere to uniform and grooming standards. * Take and prepare food and beverage orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation quality. * Prepare and serve light snacks, sandwiches, beverages, and other menu items. * Ensure all food and drink items meet quality and presentation standards. * Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures. * Follow all resort and health department guidelines regarding hygiene, food safety, and sanitation. * Restock inventory, including snacks, beverages, and condiments, as needed. * Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment. * Perform other related duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team and business. Qualifications and Skills: * Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays. * Previous experience in food and beverage supervision, preferably in a luxury resort, golf course, or hospitality setting. * Strong leadership and team management skills. * Excellent customer service and communication skills. * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Basic math skills for handling transactions. * Proficiency in POS systems and basic financial reporting. * Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations (ServSafe certification is a plus). Physical Requirements: * Must be able to safely lift, move, and stack items weighing up to 40 lbs. * Able to perform physical tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
