Description Position Summary: The Sweet Shack Server is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, thoughtfully made food and beverages in a fast-paced guest environment. This role focuses on delivering an elevated dining experience—fresh ingredients, proper presentation, and friendly, attentive service—while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities: · Prepare and serve freshly made menu items following established recipes and quality standards · Deliver excellent guest service by engaging with guests in a warm, professional, and knowledgeable manner · Maintain high standards of food presentation, portioning, and taste · Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently · Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines at all times · Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation · Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow · Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties as assigned Food Quality Expectations: · Attention to detail in plating, wrapping, and overall guest experience · Pride in serving food you’d be happy to eat yourself Qualifications: · Must be 21 · Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred · Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) · Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment · Strong communication and teamwork skills · Commitment to cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction Physical Requirements: · Ability to stand for extended periods · Ability to lift, carry, push, pull up to 50 lbs · Comfortable working around hot equipment and food preparation areas Why This Role Is Different: This is not traditional concession food.
