Position: Skilled Nursing Facility Physician Specialty: Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Geriatric Medicine Location: Sarasota ---------------------------------------- ---------------------------------------- REQUIREMENTS * Active Florida Medical License * Board Eligible/Board Certified * Personable, compassionate, and strong bedside manner * Join a well-established and growing physician group * Note: ACN not accepted in this region ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES * Full time: Monday-Friday * Average daily census: 22–25 patients * Visit 1-2 buildings per day * Day call coverage: 8 AM–6 PM COMPENSATION & BENEFITS * Competitive compensation package * Opportunity for Medical Director role over SNF buildings (with additional compensation) * Malpractice insurance with tail coverage * Medical licensure and credentialing fees covered * Strong administrative support available 7 days per week

Responsibilities

The physician will provide medical care to patients in skilled nursing facilities with an average daily census of 22-25 patients. Responsibilities include visiting 1-2 buildings daily and providing day call coverage from 8 AM to 6 PM.
