PURPOSE To provide additional support to the department team by means of leadership, job knowledge and skills. To maintain company and department goals in the absence of management. SUPERVISORY SCOPE None ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES Account for daily paperwork, tracking, data entry; including deposits and variances. Order and maintain stock levels for efficiency within budgeted levels. Assist Supervisor in scheduling retail staff for shift needs. Maintain areas of organization, display and customer service. Delegate duties as needed to sales staff and casino attendants. Provide leadership with guest services and training. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Education and Experience: High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD). Two (2) years’ cash register experience. Two (2) years’ previous retail customer service in a gift shop or equivalent. Previous customer service experience. Successfully complete 10 Key and typing accuracy test. Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
Responsibilities
