Job Summary:
The Technician is responsible for providing expert service, restoration, and installation of snooker and pool tables. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
Installation: Professionally assemble and install new and used snooker and pool tables, ensuring proper leveling and alignment.
Service & Repair: Diagnose and repair a wide range of table issues, including cloth replacement, leveling adjustments, rail replacement, pocket repairs, and slate work.
Restoration: Refurbish and restore antique and damaged tables to their original condition, including refinishing, wood repair, and component replacement.
Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on tables, including cleaning, leveling, and cloth care.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions, explaining repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of parts, supplies, and completed work orders.
Transportation: Safely transport tables and related equipment to and from customer locations.
Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including the safe handling of heavy equipment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
