Customer and quality focus ? Effective communication skills (verbal and written) ? Ability to work independently and within a team environment ? Analytical and problem-solving skills ? Valid drivers license with a safe driving record ? Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs repeatedly ? Able to operate equipment such as skid steers, loaders and/or RTV’s with mounted snow plows or pushers ? Available 24/7 ? Prepare and show up for calls fee from the influence of any drugs, alcohol or medications that have an effect on safe and productive equipment operation ? Minimum 2 years of experience operating snowplows and or snowplow equipment Requirements Key Requirements ? Must keep excellent records of times, dates, equipment inspection, site/service logs ? Respond quickly to calls for snow and ice events ? Clear snow from customer sites from designated areas ? Pile snow in designated and approved locations only ? Operate equipment in a safe, responsible and efficient manner following all recommended operating procedures ? Always be available for communication during, before and after a shift ? Responsibilities

The Snow Equipment Operator is responsible for clearing snow from customer sites and operating equipment safely and efficiently. They must respond quickly to snow and ice events and maintain accurate records of their work.
