As a Sidewalk Crew Laborer, you will be responsible for clearing snow from our commercial client locations including sidewalks, front entrances, cart corrals and other designated areas to ensure safe access for vehicles and pedestrians during winter weather events. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for performing all tasks related to snow removal, including snow blowers, snow shovels and salt spreaders Perform manual snow removal using shovels, pushers, ice chippers, and other hand tools. Maintain clear and safe pedestrian pathways in all assigned zones. Respond promptly to weather events on an on-call basis. Monitor site conditions and report and address hazards, icy areas, or maintenance issues to supervisors. Apply de-icing materials (salt, calcium, magnesium chloride, sand) according to site standards and environmental guidelines. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures Qualifications: 18 years of age or older Be able to lift, push or carry 50 to 60 pounds without restriction Be able to work outdoors in freezing and wet weather conditions for over 12 hours Must have proper outdoor winter attire Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays Physically fit and able to work in cold and challenging weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable transportation to and from job sites Able to lawfully work in the US
