Description Position Overview Competitive hourly pay: $20–$25 per hour, based on experience. We are seeking a Part-Time Snow Plow Driver to operate company vehicles and equipment during snow events. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have flexible availability, and take pride in keeping roads, driveways, and parking lots safe. Responsibilities • Operate snow plow trucks and related equipment to remove snow and ice from designated areas. • Apply salt or de-icing materials as needed. • Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance of equipment before and after use. • Respond promptly to snow events, often during early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. • Ensure safety standards are followed while operating equipment. • Communicate effectively with dispatch and team members. Qualifications • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Previous snow plowing or heavy equipment operation experience preferred (training available). • Ability to work in cold, snowy, and sometimes challenging weather conditions. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. • Reliable transportation to and from job sites. Schedule • Part-time, seasonal position • Hours vary depending on snowfall and weather conditions. • Must be available on short notice during snow events.
