Across Canada Construction has been in business for 50 years and growing stronger than ever. We have one of the absolute, best snow removal teams in the city, which helps us service over 400 parking lots. We have recently been awarded a new multi year contract and we are now looking to add to our team with more dedicated and reliable team members. You must be dedicated and experienced. We have clean, new and modern equipment with top pay and a performance bonus as well. Our contracts have a lot of moving parts that can give you plenty of hours such as:

• Plowing
• Salting
• Patrolling
• Pile Removal
• Sidewalks
• Refilling Salt Bins
• Complaints
• Hauling Snow
• Etc

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have a Smart Phone
• Valid driver’s license (Truck Position)
• Previous experience operating snow plow equipment preferred
• Ability to work in cold and challenging weather conditions for extended periods of time
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and supervisors
• Physical stamina and strength to operate heavy equipment (Machine Position)

• Operate snow plow equipment to clear parking lots and other designated areas
• Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal
• Monitor weather conditions and adjust plowing techniques as necessary
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate snow removal efforts
• Digitally maintain accurate records of work performed, including time logs and maintenance reports
