Services from basic weekly spring to fall upkeep to winter snow plowing, hardscape installation services, repairs in and around property and much more. Currently HIRING snow plowers for the upcoming winter season. Servicing West GTA. Clients range from: commercial, industrial and condominium properties.
Can lead to full time work in spring.
Plower Responsibilities: Removal of snow from sidewalks and outside of businesses, Prepared to work in extreme cold weather conditions (full winter clothing, winter steel toe boots, etc.), maintaining work log during shift, site maps provided and to be followed accordingly (where to plow and stock pile snow, etc), comply with all safety precautions, operational procedures (equipment inspections before heading out in storm, etc.), comply with rules, policies and regulations.
Requirements: Clean driving record, Police clearance, Valid Ontario driver’s license ONLY, capable of working under winter weather conditions (calm-composed-patient), flexible winter hours being on call 24/7 for the winter season, experience as a Snow Plower/Tractor Operator/Loader Operator, ability to stock pile snow following multiple snow falls.
Bonuses: Based on performance and reliability.
Salary: Wage based on experience. To be discussed and assessed based on driver experience
