Job Description: Snow Subs work closely with our management team to complete dedicated snow route(s). Providing high-quality snow plowing and salting of specified areas. Snow plowing is an on-call 24/7 obligation. Subs will provide reporting through an App and be available by phone throughout the season. Management will provide training, support, notes and sites maps, and the schedule/timing for snow runs.

Qualifications: Snow Plowing Subcontractor

• Owner of vehicle, snowplow, and salter required
• Clean driver’s license abstract required
• Some hand shoveling may be required
• Ability to supervise shovelers may be required
• Ability to do hard labour for long hours is essential
• Ability to work in tough weather conditions is essential
• Working smart phone with ability to use apps required
• Owner of snow removal equipment an asset

Rate of Pay: Standby and Hourly payments (negotiable dependent on experience)
Start Date: Nov 1st, 2025 – April 30th, 2026 (5-6 months)

Pay: $2,500.00-$10,000.00 per month

• Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
