Team members must embrace, appreciate, and align well with our core values: We Win Together, We Take Pride, We Own It, We ARE Safe Snow Removal Crew Member: Safely and efficiently operating a variety of snow removal and salt spreading equipment Shovels snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic Salt-Spreading on sidewalks and walking pathways by using hand-held salt spreaders, shovels, and buckets Providing 24/7 critical snow and ice management services Always representing the company in a professional manner and appearance Plow & Salt Truck Driver: Remove snow safely and efficiently from commercial properties, including but not limited to, parking lots, and the exteriors of high-traffic facilities using a Snow Plow/Salt Truck. Operate Snow Plow/Salt Truck to clear roadways, loading areas, docks, parking lots, among others, in winter conditions, including snow, snow/rain mix, extreme weather, and temperatures Removes snow to create a safe pathway for the public, pedestrians, and traffic Report to the assigned branch or location within the time frame given Requirements At least 1 year experience operating Plow/Salt Truck Valid Driver's License Pass pre-employment drug screen Pass Driver's background check Able to work outdoors in different weather conditions Able to be on call 24/7 during winter season months Able to handle the physical demands of the position Be punctual and reliable Trainable, coachable, and able to grasp new concepts quickly Accountability to themselves and to their team Be someone others want to work with

Responsibilities
