Description Snow Removal We are seeking a dedicated Snow Removal to join our facilities maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: - Operate snow removal equipment such as plows, shovels, and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from driveways, walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas - Monitor weather conditions to anticipate snow accumulation and plan timely removal efforts - Apply salt, sand, or other de-icing materials to prevent ice formation and ensure safety - Perform routine inspections of equipment and perform basic maintenance or report repairs needed - Ensure all work areas are safe and compliant with safety regulations - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding work progress and any safety concerns Skills and Qualifications: - Previous experience in snow removal or outdoor maintenance preferred - Ability to operate snow removal equipment safely and efficiently - Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor in cold weather conditions - Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Knowledge of safety procedures related to outdoor maintenance and equipment operation - Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or during emergency snow events as needed Join our team and be part of a company that values safety, reliability, and community well-being.
