Devonian Landscape is a locally owned and operated company. We are looking for individuals to participate in fulfilling numerous snow removal contracts throughout Edmonton and surrounding areas. A portion of this work is completed using shovels and scrapers. Additionally, leaf blowers, snow blowers / throwers, skid steers, tandem dump trucks and loaders will be utilized.
Devonioan Landscape operates a Landscape Supply Center 1km North of Devon AB. We are looking for individuals who want to build a career in this industry fulfilling year round work consisting of Landscape Center employees, equipment maintenance, lawn care, landscaping and snow removal.

Abilities considered an asset but not required:

• Experience completing snow removal with skid steers & loaders
• Experience operating a sanding truck
• Ability to shovel snow and scrape ice
• Experience operating snow management equipment - sweepers, snow throwers/blowers, spreading ice melt or rock chip
• Physically fit, able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Class 3 or 1 licence and experience operating a tandem dump truck
• Ability to log hours and photograph job sites and upload into a cell phone based management application
• Flexible schedule - must be willing and able to work after snow fall

Work well both individually and within a team environment. Must be able to perform physical tasks, have the ability to work in varying outdoor conditions.
Salary: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
Upon snowfall we will be asked to complete snow removal services. The work load fluctuates with weather conditions. Ability to work days, nights, and 10-12 hours would be required. Over-time paid after 8 hours, reasonable schedules made and flexibility provided when needed.
