JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Seasonal Labourer (Fall Clean-Up & Snow Removal) to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with property maintenance during fall and winter seasons, including leaf clean-up, lawn care, and snow removal. This role requires the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, operate basic landscaping and snow removal equipment, and maintain a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience in landscaping, snow removal, or general labour is an asset (training provided).
• Ability to operate hand tools and small power equipment safely.
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold and changing weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Operate leaf blowers, trimmers, and lawn mowers for fall clean-up tasks.
• Use shovels, snow blowers, and snow throwers to clear walkways, driveways, and sidewalks.
• Apply ice melt or sand as required to ensure safe walking areas.
• Perform routine checks on equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Work independently or with team members to complete jobs efficiently.
• Follow all safety procedures while on site.
