FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring motivated and dependable individuals to join our winter snow removal team as Sidewalk Shovelers in KW Area. This is a seasonal, on-call position that requires availability during snow events—often early mornings, late nights, and weekends.

Job Duties:

  • Clear snow and apply salt on sidewalks, walkways, steps, and building entrances.
  • Use shovels, snow blowers, and ice melt products safely and efficiently.
  • Report icy or hazardous conditions to supervisors.
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and customer service while on-site
  • Work effectively in a team and independently under all winter conditions.

Requirements:

  • Physically fit and capable of working in cold, snowy weather for extended periods.
  • Reliable and punctual with the ability to respond quickly to snow calls.
  • Experience in snow removal is preferred but not required.
  • Must have access to transportation to and from Ayr, ON.
  • CSA-approved winter work boots and proper outdoor winter clothing required.
