Hours of Work: Variable - Monday through Sunday, days and evenings (closed Tuesdays) – Holidays, as required

Reporting to: On-Hill Snow School Supervisor and Snow School Manager
Start Date: December 2025

The Brimacombe team is comprised of outgoing individuals who thrive in a team-environment and are passionate about what they do. We are currently seeking outgoing, customer-focused team members to help us turn everyday visits into wonderful winter memories.
As an Instructor in our Snow School department you help create the energy and excitement around skiing and snowboarding, and are key to developing our guests’ lifelong passion for winter sports. You play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable customer experiences, as well as defining the culture of our team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 15 years of age or older
  • Strong communication and time management skills
  • Customer satisfaction-oriented
  • Strong skier or snowboarder with CSIA, CASI or PSIC certification or equivalent ability level (to be tested in-house)
  • Successful applicants 18+ years of age will be required to provide a successful Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search as a condition of employment
Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and fun learning environment for students
  • Provide high-quality instruction to guests in skiing and/or snowboarding
  • Implement program and lesson requirements as per Brimacombe standards and protocol
  • Attend sessions and clinics regularly, as required to improve skiing/riding and teaching skills
  • Maintain excellent time management and verbal communication skills
  • Interact professionally with management, staff, volunteers and guests
  • Ensure high-level customer service, consistent with Brimacombe standards
  • Ready to take on any challenge or help other team members when needed
