Communication - Communicate effectively with supervisors, and colleagues regarding the status of snow removal activities, potential hazards, and any issues encountered. Record Keeping - Maintain accurate records of work performed, including dates, times, areas cleared, and materials used with the First-Choice service verification app. Physical Stamina - Possess the physical stamina and endurance required for prolonged shoveling and labor in cold weather conditions. Teamwork - Collaborate with other snow removal team members to ensure efficient and effective snow clearing operations. Training - Participate in training sessions related to safe snow operations, equipment handling, and emergency response protocols.
