Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Snowflake Architect for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. General Requirements: At least architected 5+ successful & proven snowflake implementations 10+ years of experience preferred. Must be bachelor’s degree in computer engineering. Good to have snowflake certified administrator Good to have snowflake certified developer Good to have snowflake certified architect Good to have Microsoft Azure certified administrator. Presented strong leadership & ownership skills. Ability to demonstrate support, contribution & collaboration across the organization. Must have strong soft skills (communication, documentation & presentation skills). Must have ability to react quickly & professionally to production downtime scenarios. Technical Requirements: Strong experience setting up snowflake infrastructure requirements (network, whitelisting, private links, etc..). Strong experience in SAML SSO configuration for snowflake authentication. Experience with implementation of RBAC with external platforms (ex: PowerBI). Strong experience in managing & maintaining backups & monitoring processes. Strong experience setting up & maintaining snowpark. Strong experience working & integration snowflake with streamlit. Strong experience working in following best practices in datawarehouse creation & optimization of performance. Strong experience with maintaining access privileges to logged on users. Strong experience with flashback & recovery mechanisms/configurations of data on accidental deletions Strong experience working with snowflake deployed on Microsoft Azure Administration. Strong experience working with bug reporting software environment (ex: Atlassian Jira). Experience with data warehouse modelling & best practices. Responsibilities
