We seek a seasoned Snowflake DBA to design, secure, and automate a large-scale, global Snowflake deployment. This person will drive SOX compliance, implement access‑automation pipelines, and help split the monolithic Snowflake account into region‑specific accounts to serve multiple countries and applications.

• Build and maintain automated workflows for user and role provisioning, de‑provisioning, and access grants using SCIM, Terraform, and IAM integrations
• Design and apply internal controls (ITGC) aligned with SOX requirements using frameworks such as COBIT or NIST
• Experience: 5+ years as DBA; 3+ years managing enterprise-scale Snowflake with security focus.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake security best practices: RBAC, masking policies, managed access schemas, encryption, network policies, auditing features
• Hands-on with SCIM and SSO identity integration (Okta, Azure AD), Terraform or equivalent IaC for Snowflake provisioning
• Familiarity with SOX controls, audit processes (ITGC frameworks) and reporting needs.
• Skilled with SQL, scripting (Python, SnowSQL, Bash), and tool integration (Airflow, SIEM, monitoring tools).
