SUMMARY: An Associate for Snowy Mountain will run the day to day operations of the Food & Beverage Tent, Activities Tent, Fire Pit Areas or Santa Tent. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. Retail tent: Will process sales in the retail tent using a Micros POS system. Will assist with keeping the area stocked, organized, and clean. Food & Beverage Tent: Will process sales in the F&B tent using a Micros POS system. Will assist with keeping the area stocked, organized, and clean. Activities Tent: Will assist guests with making crafts. Will keep the area stocked, clean, organized, and clean. Santa tent: Will maintain order for the guests who are in line to see Santa Clause. Fire Pit Areas: Will assist with keeping the fire pits stocked with wood. Will assist with opening and closing duties which will include daily set up of areas in Snowy Mountain (as listed above) such as stocking, organizing, cleaning, and putting things away at the end of the night. All other duties assigned by manager LANGUAGE SKILLS: (Level 2) Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS: (Level 1) Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance. REASONING ABILITY: (Level 2) Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations. QUALIFICATIONS: Efficiently handle multiple duties.
