We are a well known local pub, that wants to be better than the rest, we are seeking a gun CDP who want to take that next step in there career. Learn to run a small team and coordinate with the Sous and Head chef.
Have to be competent in most areas of the kitchen including but not limited to Pizza, Grill and Pans section. Should be able to hold there own and be able to run and direct the pass.
We are more than happy to train you up in any areas of the kitchen you find you lack the skills in. This position is best for someone wanting to learn and grow there skills in the kitchen.
The job will require weekend work with consecutive days off.
